1 AMAZING NIGHT AT THE BEACH is in a very low density neighborhood. Lots of undeveloped property around this house with 240 degree spectacular panoramic views. This home is 105 feet above sea level and looks down upon, and over oceanfront. It is ABOVE THE TSUNAMI WATCH ZONE.

These spectacular panoramic 240 degree views consist of ocean, surf and sand, nearby tide pools, Road's End, vast horizon with panoramic views of the Coastal Range, territorial views of Lincoln City from Northeast to Southeast and BIG SKY.

BEST BEACH in Lincoln City. Located at the Tide pools and The D-River Delta; where the shortest river meets the Pacific Ocean.

1 AMAZING NIGHT AT THE BEACH has history.
This story starts in the 1920s. Though born John Traveris Winter, as a young adult, he learned of his ancestor Jack Winter, The Gentleman Pirate who sailed under Captain Jacques LeFeate. He subsequently changed his name to Jack.

As history goes, the British hanged The Gentleman Pirate and Captain LeFeate for treason to the Crown. They were gunrunners to the early American Colonists in their fight against British rule.

Seaman Jack Winter was a merchant Marine during WWII and he became a renowned Sports Illustrator/ Portrait Artist, Home Designer/ Developer, and the Concept Designer of the "20 Miracle Miles" for which Lincoln City is known.

In 1939, Jack Winter won First Place in a National Art Contest for Sports Illustrators for his rendition of Joe DiMaggio. Jack used that $25 prize money to purchase 6 adjacent undeveloped ocean view lots in Lincoln City. The following year, in 1940, he built the vintage cabin of 1 AMAZING NIGHT AT THE BEACH on one of those lots. So you see, "This is the house that Jack built."

When Jack and Edith Winter's only child was born, the 2 small bedrooms were built onto the cabin. Their son inherited the Lincoln City cabin after Edith died suddenly. Jack died unexpectedly 4 years earlier when Tom was just a young teenager.

In 1985, a small family ceremony was held in the vintage cabin as Tom and Carmen exchanged their vows. Others have since also exchanged their vows at 1 AMAZING NIGHT AT THE BEACH. Tom and Carmen made the cabin their residence. They built the 2-story addition in 1991.

Their 3rd child was a planned home birth and she was born in the Romantic Master bedroom, delivered by her father because the midwife didn't arrive in time.

There is much evidence that for many years, angels have encamped about this property. Many guests have commented on the sweet, peaceful aura they felt surrounding this home.
